Advanced Training and Certification:
As a Director, you now have a team of at least 3 Distributors who are bringing new Distributors on board. Your Advanced Training will teach you how to do the Getting Started Training with your new team members. You will then do the Getting Started Training while your distributors listen in. You work on duplication within your team, working with your upline Fusion Certified Trainer every step of the way.

This is where you learn how to teach people how to how to do the Getting Started and the Advanced Training. Essentially you are learning how to teach the teachers. At this point your business is cranking and you have Directors who take over the Basic training of their teams. You will teach them the duplication model.
